To celebrate the release of DC Comics last year, Triumph UK commissioned us to create a completely bespoke design on their insane Street Triple RS. The bike is a top specification motorcycle, widely regarded as the category-leading, ultimate performance street bike. The Street Triple’s unique blend of attributes, make it; light, fast, fun, agile and stylish – the Street Triple has been a game-changing bike in the motorcycle world since its launch with an incredibly distinctive character, thrilling triple engine, yet retaining real accessibility to many riders the world over.

Throwback: Birds of Prey Triumph Street Triple
Channelling inspiration from the lead character Harley Quinn, we used a multitude of different colours to create a striking and playful design that paid homage to the comic book origins the film is based on. Being such a colourful character, the paint scheme needed to be pretty bold and we used a combination of 12 different colours to bring this bold design to life. The design itself was a repeating pattern of contrasting diamonds which is reflective of the style from which Harley Quinn draws her name. The bright coloured pattern was finished with a lightly airbrushed shadow to create depth and then completed with Harley Quinn's initials and the logo from the movie.
