Warranty
Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer any warranty on bespoke work or paint jobs. In some instances, we may be commissioned to complete warranty repairs on Harley-Davidsons, but this can only be competed if you have a confirmed warranty claim through Harley-Davidson.
We will always complete our work to either matching, or improving on a factory finish and we will always ensure that helmets are rebuilt to the same factory standard. Our strict processes are in place to ensure there is full clarity on every stage of any work and we will incur no liability for any errors in the quotation not corrected by you. By placing an order and confirming the details, you take full responsibility for ensuring that any quotation or designs meet your requirements.
We have previously completed work to both an FIA and WRC approved standard, but if you have any queries regrading race level certification, or any motorsport related scrutineering please get in touch.
For any warranty offered by the helmet manufacturer, we would suggest contacting them prior to commencing any customisation work
Returns
With regards to ANY custom work, we regret we cannot accept returns on customised, or personalised items unless they are faulty.
In the unlikely event that you have an issue with a product you have ordered from our shop, please contact us via email or any other method as listed on our contact page. Once you have had a response from a us and a return has been agreed, please return your purchase by post and include a written explanation of the reason for your return on the reverse of your invoice. Remember to include this with the item(s) you are returning. Your input is important to us when we review our services and products for the future.
To be eligible for a return:
- Be within 30 days of purchase
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- It must also be in the original unopened packaging
It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, we suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier service. Please ensure that the postal service you use covers the value of your order. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is being returned due to our error and this has been agreed by us, then any postage will be reimbursed.
It can take 5 working days for your parcel to reach us dependent on the courier’s service that is used. Once we receive your parcel we will inspect and process your return within 2 working days. Any Refunds can take up to 3/5 days with your bank to appear in your account. You will receive an email update upon the completion for your return.
