Mandy started visiting Tom about 15 years ago, due to her dad being a nosey bugger and telling Tom “Mandy could do that!” She kept popping into the workshop one day a week and started picking Tom's brain, trying to learn all she could. Eventually, Tom saw the potential and gave Mandy a job!! Mandy worked with Tom and Steve at Altamura for 3 years until they decided to leave and set up Image Design Custom, all with the promise of coming back to rescue Mandy one day. It only took them about 7 years, but Mandy eventually got the phone call she had been waiting for. Mandy has now been working at Image Design Custom for the last 5 years and she loves the unique and challenging job everyday!
